Property managers & HOAs

From $250 per building

Priced per building up front. Three or more buildings in one visit, 15% off the total.

A current, dated photo record of roofs across a portfolio or community association. For maintenance planning, board reporting, and reserve study support. Multi-building pricing available.

Quoted per site

Written quote within 24–48 hours, before anything is scheduled.

Scheduled flights over active job sites, weekly, biweekly, or at milestones. A dated aerial record for draw requests, owner updates, and closeout. Available per visit or on a monthly retainer. Send the site details and I'll put together a quote. Pre-construction documentation of existing site conditions is also available before you break ground.

Who you'll be working with

Hi, I'm Alvin. I was born and raised in Richmond, and Full Spectrum Aerial is based here. I'm an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot, and you'll deal with me from the first message to the final files.

I already know the airspace around RIC, and recurring site visits inside the service area never come with travel fees.
